• navigating to the "Submissions" link in "Account" in the mainmenu - this will list all of Your messages / submissions to Us - subject to "Deleting information collected when You send Us a message" below

You can download any message / submission You have sent to Us by:

• Logging in to Our Website, then
• Navigating to the "Submissions" link in the "Account" tab in the mainmenu - this will list all messages / submissions You have sent to Us
• In the list of Your messages / submissions You can choose which message(s) / submission(s) to download by selecting the download / pdf  icon () at the end of the corresponding message / submission line - subject to "Deleting information collected when You send Us a message" below

Deleting information collected when You send Us a message

You can delete one or more message(s) you have sent to Us by:

• Logging in to Our Website, then
• navigating to the "Submissions" link in the "Account" mainmenu tab - this will list Your messages / submissions sent to Us - subject to one or more message / submission having not been deleted previously
• in the list of still stored messages, at the end of each line listing a message / submission is the facility to delete the corresponding message / submission by means of clicking the "Delete" () icon

Note:

Once You have chosen to delete a message / submission - the corresponding message / submission and all of its corresponding information collected is irretrievably deleted, forever, and for good.

Courtesy and Acceptable Language

All message / submission content, and message / submission "Subject" line, should be written using polite, courteous language.

Use of the following language types will not be tolerated - this list is not exhaustive and only gives examples;

• Rude
• Foul
• Grotesque
• Hateful
• Derogatory
• Racist
